Many people often think they have integrity, but it turns out, that the integrity they are referring to is the integrity they have to the promises they make to other people, but not themselves.
Self integrity is a building block, if not the entire foundation to self worth, self confidence, and self esteem. Think about it...if someone you know didn’t continuously follow through on what they said they would do, would YOU trust them?
And it might be obvious now, that many broken promises to yourself result in a lack of self trust, which in turn, results in a lack of self worth, self confidence, and self esteem.
