Hello FIRE Goddesses! Welcome to Episode 72. In this episode, I speak with guest Larissa Vassos on everything running and mindset.
Larissa is a Running and Mindset Coach and a former Physical Therapist from Ontario, Canada. She became interested in running as a way to stay fit and manage stress, depression and anxiety during her Master’s Degree at The University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Since uncovering her passion for distance running in 2013, Larissa has completed over 10 half marathons, two 25km trail races and 1 full marathon (with her second full marathon lined up for October 30, 2021).
Larissa felt called to share her knowledge about running and personal development to help others uplevel their physical and mental wellness. As a Running and Mindset Coach, Larissa is passionate about empowering women to become healthier, stronger and more confident versions of themselves as they step into their full potential and embrace each step of their running journey.
Larissa’s mission is to help new runners build physical strength and mental resilience through running and mindset development without experiencing injury and training fatigue.
