Hello FIRE Goddesses! Welcome to Episode 98. One of the questions that often comes up with my clients, friend circles, or at family events is the topic of meat. Afterall, meat is not REALLY good for us, is it?
In this episode, I share with you my perspective on eating meat based on my almost 20 years of studying and practicing Chinese Medicine. In addition, I share some case studies of previous clients of mine who who able to turn their health around by adding small amounts of meat into their diet.
And, being true to the nature of Reclaim Your F.I.R.E., it isn't just about the meat, is it? Afterall, where specifically are your beliefs coming from about meat, or other things?
