'As a Health/Lifestyle Coach I guide people through outdoor experiences and lifestyle changes to find the power within them to evolve and thrive. In 2015, I founded PeaksandPoses Trail Yoga and Outdoor Adventure to combine my love for yoga and nature. Through my day and overnight hikes people develop a greater connection with nature and open themselves up to their true self. I have deepened my own connection with nature through a plant based - Ayurveda lifestyle. Through my events, programs and services, I guide people to find and experience their own physical, emotional and spiritual strength to POWER UP their life'.
