Hello FIRE Goddesses! Welcome to Episode 92.

Because as you probably already know, Love Heals.
In this episode, I share my personal experience of having burnout and fatigue in the latter part of last year as a result of going through a big life change. I discovered that even though I believed I was taking pretty good care of myself, I was still operating from a place of 'doing', which was causing me to be increasingly exhausted, burned out, and as a result, it affected my health.
Follow my journey in this episode as I share how I discovered that I needed to rest more, and what the lessons I learned were as a result of fully surrendering to rest.
